Ryte 2 Development Corporation (R2) is a minority, female-owned and operated commercial
and residential real estate development firm designed to enrich neighborhoods by developing sustainable
and replicable projects with significant impacts. With that in mind, we service communities through
what we build, meaning we assess a community's needs and then build to match that need.
In turn, through the power of collaboration we create safe, friendly, hospitable, mixed-use environments
that promote overall health and wellness in existing distressed communities thus transforming
inner-city neighborhoods one development at a time.
