That means we assess a community's needs then construct to meet it.

In turn, through the power of collaboration, we create safe, friendly, hospitable, mixed-use environments that promote overall health and wellness in distressed areas thus transforming inner-city neighborhoods one development at a time.

By customizing mixed-use developments around owner operations, we build sustainable, replicable financial models that strengthen businesses and preserve community wealth.

Ryte 2 Development Corp’s (R2) debut project is the GlenH.A.V.E.N building, located on Superior Avenue near E. 105th Street in Cleveland’s historic Glenville community. With the blessing of Ward 9 Councilman Kevin Conwell and Cuyahoga County Councilwoman Yvonne Conwell, R2 is utilizing innovative architecture to address the retail, residential, and wellness voids just shy of the city’s north coast.

Once completed, GlenH.A.V.E.N will be home to an integrated health and 

wellness facility on the upper floors with retail space at the street level. The entire building is designed to create employment for Glenville residents and elevate 

the neighborhood’s small business ecosystem. It is expected to generate over 

100 new, livable wage jobs and more than $6 million in annual workforce and economic impact.

GlenH.A.V.E.N fits into my Glenville Revitalization Plan, an initiative started in 

2017 in an effort to boost economic growth and improve quality of life in one 

of Cleveland’s most historic but underserved neighborhoods.

Briget Grant 

Principal

Briget Grant is a serial entrepreneur with experience in the medical field and real estate. With R2, she’s discovered ways to uniquely blend the two passions. Other business ventures include general contracting, residential real estate development and consulting. She has advised on major projects across Cleveland. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration. She is also a graduate of the Urban League’s 2022-23 Construction Accelerator Program and is EPA certified for lead. She is currently under the mentorship of Shakorie Davis, President, Next Generation Construction and a member of the Cleveland Equitable Development Initiative (CLE EDI) 2024-25 cohort. A mother of two, she is a member of Alpha

Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Jack & Jill of America, Inc., and National Congress of Black Women.
